Mung bean frittata.

Sprouted Mung bean Frittata 
1 cup sprouts
I inch ginger slice 
1/2 inch Tumeric slice
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup oats
1 cup greens
1 small tomato
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tea gram masala
Dash salt. 
Blend in Vitamix
Add diced mushrooms & zucchini. 
Melt coconut oil in pan & fry til golden & flip. Best to make mini patties. 

Served with Nacho cheese sauce. & greens.
